Streamline and lengthen legs.
While I welcome the frumpy & comfy seating position at home, at work, at lunch, at anywhere – you can see how it doesn’t look too good to be captured in a photo. So if you’re posing for a group photo with family or friends, or you’re being interviewed for video or television – the comfy pose doesn’t cut it.
While putting your ankles and knees together is nice, throw them to the side with pointed toes to create the illusion of longer legs. It’s also a more elegant & sophisticated look too.
Then when you come home to watch some television, put your feet up and relax!
