Creating negative space for good shape.
As you probably already know, keeping your arms by your side can add width to your silhouette. You can break this up by putting your hand on your hip or waist, creating negative space between your arm and your body. A very simple trick!
Combine this with bending your knee to the centre body line, and you’ve got great curves too.
