Posing Tip: Shift weight, create shape

Create curves with the bend of a knee.

Whether you were lucky enough to fill out and have head-turning curves, or you’re like me and you’re a little straight up and down – this posing tip will make heads turn for us all.

Simply bend a knee and bring it to your centre body line. Shifting your weight like this closes the gap between the legs and creates a different body shape.

Be aware though. Bringing your knee in and kicking your heel out too far, will create a beautiful body shape that appears to be busting for the toilet. You don’t want that. That’s a different look altogether!

Because at some point, we’ve all been captured with a less than flattering pose when we wish we hadn’t have!
